The year 2023 is the 400th anniversary of the birth of Oyakata Tansui, the founder of Ryukyuan classical music, and we will present a performance of "Tansui-ryu," a Ryukyuan classical music rarely performed in our theater. Although there are only 7 pieces and 9 types of traditional music, we hope you will fully enjoy the charm of the unique technique and warm elegance of "Tansui-ryu," which is not found in other styles of music.
