Promotion Performance in July

     Promotion  "The World of Kumiodori "Shushin Kaneiri" ” 

In the first part, entitled “The World of Kumiodori,” the history of Kumiodori and points to appreciate it will be introduced, and in the second part, the famous work by Chokun Tamagusuku, the founder of Kumiodori, “Shushin Kaneiri” will be performed.

On the day of the performance, props and instruments will be on display in the theater foyer, and some of them will be available for hands-on experience.

In addition, ticket holders for this performance can sign up for a backstage tour of the theater on Saturday, July 27 and Sunday, July 28.

【Synopsis.】

A beautiful boy named Wakamatsu Nakagusuku asks a house for a night's lodging on his way to serve the Shuri Royal Government.
The innkeeper refuses because her parents are away, but when she learns that he is Wakamatsu, her attitude changes completely and she offers him lodging. The woman makes a pass at Wakamatsu, but he refuses.
Wakamatsu is inconsolable and runs to Sueyoshi's temple to ask for help.
The woman desperately chases after Wakamatsu and comes to the temple.
However, Wakamatsu is not to be found, so the woman finally transforms into a demoness.
