Folk Performance in January 

  "Yanbaru Performing Arts"   

Okinawa has a wide variety of folk performing arts that have been handed down from generation to generation.
This performance will feature “Takayama Tekiuchi,” a kumiodori  from Toguchi, Motobu-town, which is one of the few traditional performing arts of the northern region of Okinawa's main island known as “Yanbaru,” as well as folk dances from Wakugawa, Nakijin- village, Arume, Higashi-village, and Sukuta, Nago-city.
